First an odd one. I get a strange tingling in my penis. It started a mere seven or so days into NoFap. It’s like a pulsating feeling. Anyone know what that is? My allergies are much worse. Might be NoFap related and it might not. I’m sneezing all days and my eyes are so swollen that I look like Kermit the frog. I’ve had huge eye-bags for years. Is this a typical symptom of PMO? I don’t stay up late or anything. I have awful insomnia. How many porn addicts get that? After my short stint of NoFap, the insomnia seems to be getting better. I can sleep thanks to ashwagandha but without it I’d toss and tun all night. Things like spots or skin complaints. Anyone get that? Lastly I have ADHD. Has anyone noticed relief from ADHD?
1. Yes, actually, as crazy as it might sound I know what you mean. It was never so severe it bothered me much though, even on my longest, triple-digit streaks. A little weird is all. 2. I haven't noticed any improvement or degeneration in my allergies. 3. I think so. I always notice thicker, more obvious eye bags for a week or two after a relapse. I'm not certain though. 4. Sleep went goes from bad to worse to like a baby for me, I hear insomnia on NoFap is pretty common; I'm experiencing a bit of it right now too. Put on something long-form and easy to listen to, maybe a podcast. It will take your mind off of things. Maybe this and your eye-bags are related? Just a thought. 5. This is actually the one and only NoFap """""superpower""""" I 100% believe in. Minor though it may be, when I don't jerk off I get next to no acne, but as soon as I relapse spots appear all over the place. Every. Single. Time. I get compliments on how clean my skin is on long streaks, the opposite is true after a binge. 6. Can't comment. My social anxiety has gone way down though.
