Please Help Me Get Back on Track

    So I have recently been on a very long nofap streak and then boom one day i relapsed! I did it twice. I recently had been posting on the the sub reddit but I have to remove my self from all social apps from slip up prevention. I fell like I am in the cycle again but im going to try my best to get out. I will be on this form from time to time asking questions and updates on my recovery.

    I'm in the same boat. Had my longest streak of 29 days, 2 months ago. I felt like superman, felt like I was finally free and really enjoying life. Then, I gave in. I have in once, and then it slowly picked up the pace to where I have fallen all the way back in to hours long sessions of binging. I have been trying to get back on track, but struggling like crazy. Hoping to hop back on the wagon again and stay there.

    Hi Dan,
    Just pick yourself up and try again. Get strength from the stuff that does succeed and be relaxed about what didn't work. Apparently 1 month on and 2 months off is your max right now. Try again for 30 or 45 days, but don't let the reset take so long. And don't let yourself binge. A slipup can happen, but pick up the fight right after it! You can do it!
