Please help me..its a nightmare

    I've been trying nofap for about a year now, and until now I have not been able to get to 30 days, my maximum was 21 days of no pmo, considering the fact that I'm in hard mode according to you how are I going? to start the nofap I was masturbating even 4 times a day now once every 6-7 days) I want to reach these damn 30 days but I do nothing but get into autopilot and fall back fall back and fall, I'm so damn fed up and scared
     
  2. Take away the things that might trigger you. Or keep yourself busy or surrounded by people, so you won’t be able to fall back. It’s kind of a battle you will always have to fight. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. But you need to focus on the win. Focus on the 30 days.

    Hey bro.... I'm in the same boat as you. Here are the things that i've done to reach day 41(i relapsed and am on a new streak):

    1. stop ogling. Stop looking at women sexually in real life. Only look at their face and acknowledge them as human beings
    2. Stay busy. Hang with friends. Do hobbys. don't sit in your room all the time.
    3. stay off your computer unless necessary. Stay off social media unless necessary. If you feel yourself being tempted, LEAVE the situation. If you don't leave, you will probably fall into temptation.
    4. Don't think any sexual way. When sexual thoughts come into your head(they will), SUPRESS them. Don't linger on them.
    5. Lastly, remind yourself of the downward spiral you are on in life when pmoing when you feel like relapsing. Remind yourself that after you get those small moments of pleasure, you will now suffer for WEEKS afterwards, and be depressed, unhappy. Ask yourself, is this really worth it? I know it will feel good, but is it really worth my life for the next 2 weeks?
     
  4. Vegan diet helps a lot, and gotta have the right understading/mindset and also trandmuting that energy. Im totally in the same boat as you. Struggled today, multiple times. But we can do this, it is doable, we have the Power of Choice. Lets keep on fighting amigos!!!!!!!!

    I need to try to eat healthier and go out and exercise more often when I will have the time eventually. But right now I am just real busy with life IMO. I love the single it is a gift. lol. I ain't got to worry about paying my future wife's bills or taking the child to school etc.

  7. Yes sometimes willpower creates extra tension, sometimes it's best to just let go rather than fight, let the urges pass through you, you can distract yourself with sounds or your breath
