Just remember that, if you are feeling low and think life can't get any worse. You only have 1 choice. You work on yourself. Face your challenges head on. This community is a good place to start. Start hitting the gym(if you don't already), you need to start feeling good about yourself physically before anything

thanks coco99 for your precious adivce, i really appreciate it. sadly, i'm in a situation where i can only go the uni for my lectures, go back home and study/cry/overthink/watch porn/cute youtube videos about homosexuals. i have no enough time to do anything else that's why i'm on nofap. i feel like i have to talk to someone wih common background. i know that the gym and taking care of myself would definetly help but i'm some on sort of 7 year fight here that ends on 2025 or 2026 so i'm not so sure if i can stand still all the upcoming years or not actually

When you say you have "Same sex feelings", do you believe these stem from an unhealthy porn addiction? Otherwise I'd say its nothing to worry about.

Its a situation that you choose. Why can't you change it.It seems like you are stressing over school too much perhaps. Don't fight for something you are uninterested in doing(not telling you to drop out lol). You have 24 hours in a days. Even if you allocate 12 hours for school, you have 4 hours of your time and then 8 hours of sleep. You have to allocate time to get away from school and home.

i study medicine and it's super hard to allocate time for anything other than medicine ..... the school is just on fire..... they give us loads to stuff daily to study

i'm not sure yet but i never imagined myself with a girl so..... i alwyas think of men. we can't experiment our sexuality in my country before marriage but i dont think im straight ......

so basically yea.... i developed same sex attraction when i knew there was straight porn and gay porn. i went with gay. and in my current life i feel some emotions towards other men.

You can get some support here on the forum. Nofap will be helpful for sure to clear your mind and to have more time (which you use for porn).
But you have to deal with the other issues in your life as well, finding a balance between uni and private life...
Regarding feelings towards men, if its not developed through porn, you dont have to be worry. If you have same sex feelings, the possibility is that you are a homosexual, you have to find it out and accept that. There is nothing bad in it. I just dont know how is that accepted in your country...

I’m so sorry that you are in such a predicament in your country. That is awful. It is no one else’s business what people do in their bedroom. You said you are studying medicine, is it possible that through your studies you can have a job that will allow you to move to a different country where your sexuality is accepted?

i can try my best to escape but it will be so hard to do. the compeition to fight for a place as a physician in a civilized part of the world is really tough on me, but i'm definetly trying it out once i can. in my case, i will graduate as a general practitioner in 2025, after then, i can take a an international medical examination to qualify for a job abroad and that's the toughest part. anyways i'll give it the best i can to really escape this.
i needed this website because i did not think i can stay alive till 2025 or 2026 with those struggles i'm having. i had those days when i completly felt my life literally worth nothing, but i'm really greatful that such a platform exists and that i can reach to such people who could make it through their lives.

Thanks for sharing your struggles. I have found personally that sharing with others helps lift some of the load. Of course you’re dealing with some pretty long time frames but if you take it a day at a time it is definitely easier to get through it. Lots of people here willing to listen and support you.
