    Hey there, I will be sharing my experiences of nofap here on this thread! The challenges and barriers all along this process of quitting PMO. My current goal is 30 days. Any one here can share how they feel on their journey. Btw what day are you on?

    I am actually on day 2 right now. Nothing has really much changed here for me. Still feel like I am having severe ED. But I know this process is gonna take long. As we've masterbated for decades, hence how could we expect to get a cure in days or a month. Probably its gonna take a while, but I will follow this road till the end.
