    I've had success with both methods for different situations.
    For me personally, Smoking and Drinking was a habit I could just drop in a heartbeat.
    As a recovering addict, Substances on the other hand was something I needed to wean off of over several months.

    So Fapstronauts, what in your opinion would be the best approach to overcoming PMO addiction?

    It's a great question but I feel like the answer varies on this one due to the fact that everyone is different... everyone's intentions & drive on quitting will vary depending on the person, so quitting cold turkey might work for some people while others will struggle with it . In my opinion, quitting cold turkey is the way to go .

    I've done copious amounts of drugs in my day and none of them compare to the physical pleasure of orgasm. In fact sometimes I would do certain drugs just to heighten the pleasure from orgasm. With that said, there is no weaning off of O for me. It's either all or nothing when it comes to MO.

    As far as PMO goes, either I was gonna stop outright or I wasn't gonna be able to quit at all.

    The time frame is useful too, knowing that it takes about 90 days to change a habit.
