Guys, my dopamine level has been restored completely and that allows me to be able to catch knowledge faster than before. I literally read one text like 1 or 2 times and what I read it is already in my mind. I learned the first 100 decimal digits of the constant PI in 30 minutes weeks ago and I'm able to repet them all everytime now: 3,141592653589793238462643279502884197169399375105820974944592307816406286208998628034825342117067. Guys I literally just wrote that right now that I'm typing all this thread. And I also know the atomic weights of more than 40 elements of the Periodic Table and many other things. This is something I discovered the last months after I started NoFap on the 24th of December 2016. I noticed that I was able to understand and catch things faster. This is one of the benefits of NoFap. When your dopamine is restored your energy is triplicated. I feel so great.
That is so cool! I feel more aware since doing NoFap. I don't think it had an effect on my memory (yet).
I dont know about sharper memory bro, Maybe it is maybe dont, i dont know. But what I have seen is I can concentrate more single mindedly, Like if im studying, I will focus on that 100% with no other thoughts in my mind.
Wow this gave me more motivation to do nofap. I wish my memory and concentration power increases like you guys.
Hey I learned whole periodic table at age of 10 and 800 pi decimals at age of 11. Started doing fap at age of 11.5 and doing nofap at age of 17 . I remember all what I learned before. But not able to learn now anything.
All you did was hardmode? Did you cut back computer and smart phone usage? How long and how heavy were you addicted?
