    What are the effects of quitting porn on dopamine levels?
    I've hit a point where my brain gets significantly less to almost no dopamine rush from ejaculation.
    By quitting porn, will my dopamine receptors/levels ever return back to normal, will they improve a bit but never reach their previous state, or will the dopamine receptors always be minimally functional (what they are now)?
    I'm 20 years old. Thank you for your time.
