What has been the length of time where you have seen the most benefits or the longest streaks until you get the best benefits? I am on day 5 and I really want to make it to 90. Just nice to have some inspiration
Its all depends on how much you are into this worst thing.We all are different and it takes different days or whatever for each of us.But in general minimum 30 days are needed i think. And moreover its not about counting days what matters.You just forget about this and think something creative.Something to boost yourself.Something which can change your life.Automatically changes will start showing up.Be creative is what work best according to me so i choose that way.Like that you also find some thing to do which interest you.Continue doing that for 30 days and this addiction will go away. Yeah @Masquerade says the truth. But for example, the first benefits for me occured at around 30 days and got stabilized around day 70.
