Quit porn and masturbation entirely. I also would advise to wait a couple months to a year before having sex to give your nervous system a break.

@Tywin Lannister he's 16, that's unreasonable advice, and will likely lead to a relapse, if he even takes it to heart. Stop porn, at your age it will have a much more dramatic impact than an older man. Also masterbate when you "feel" the need, not when you're lonely, bored or uncomfortable. And you'll be fine. Also don't grip it too tight, or you'll end up with DE
