To success on nofap, especially if you are an avid user. So many useless posts just waiting for you to relapse. I’ve noticed that with any of my past relapses, it had been within a week or two of going on social media. In the last 4 months, I have had a Snapchat, but didn’t have any girls added, I didn’t watch any of the popular stories either. About a month ago I deleted it. All of this to say, Snapchat is okay if you don’t have any supper attractive girls, but Instagram is the devil. Quitting all together is best

  2. Quit all social media. It is subtle mind and behaviour control.
