    I'm re-reading one book as well. Reading a book is not enough. We lose a lot of information. Reading again may lead to better memorization. Additionally, when I read I keep thinking about all the nofap principles and that boosts my confidence. According to my kindle, it will require about 7 hours to complete the book but it will take longer. I usually try to read 5 percent at one go. So for this week I've got a lot to process while building a streak. :)

    You are absolutely right. I found I had forgotten almost 90 % of what I read. Rereading good books is something I will do this year. In addition, applying principles I find helpful immediately will also help me remember well.
