Recovering again as I haven’t been on here for 4 months

  1. Hi everyone! How are you all doing?

    I cameback to NoFap today so that I can retry myself to quit masturbation and pornagain. My original username used to be darkzero_lord and I deleted NoFap and never cameback here for 4 months because Icouldn’t control to stop myself masturbating every time I wanted to go back to watch porn videos and webcam porn. As I got usedto porn, I moved on to cam to cam sex as I wanted to do cam sex with a girls I interacton Instagram as I see Filipina girl and other women selling their content like nudepictures, sex videos, and facetime sex and that’s is why I couldn’t control myself to stop masturbating as I wanting to have sex with womens I wanted to have sex with. As my new username is Astrolord, I will try again to stop and quit masturbation and porn so that I can reboot my brain as porn andmasturbation has ruined my brain and that is why I keep saying “I don’t know”. I been started to masturbation 4 years ago but now I will try again as long I don’t keep googling words like sex, porn, and milfs as I like older womens even though having sex with older women would make me feel good and also not to keep pulling my pants down if I wanted to masturbate to porn or another women on cam that I met on social medias. I will try to stop pulling my pants down by not going to the internet to watch porn and also not pay women for facetime sex as well (if I’m in the bathroom, I should not be masturbating), sleep better as I need to put my phone away as my phone is out of control, eat well, enjoy activities I like, and exercise. I will start my journey again on January 1st, 2022! Also to mention, I will use screen time on my iPhone to block porn sites as well!

    i am honestly very proud of you coming back, i dont know how you left, but what is important is that you came back. my question is, what do you consider a relapse?

    im currently having trouble with stress, i think nearly everything is a relapse, i know thoughts arent really a relapse but fantasizing too much is, my brain knows i dont want to relapse so it puts arousing images in my head (intrusive thoughts).

    my question is, what would you do in this situation?

I left about almost 5 months because I couldn’t control myself every time I relasped by going back to watching porn or pay girls I meet on social media for facetime sex when the girl masturbates, I do the same too like cybersex. When I deleted NoFap, my original username was darkzero_lord but my new user name is Astrolord and I came back to retry again this year so I should stop the relasping so that my brain can reboot again and this is my 6th day of being back on here.
     
  10. That’s good to hear! Remove thoughts and fantasies about porn through the brain helps as you forget about porn. Day 7 without masturbation and went for a good 40 minute exercise!

    50 minute exercise, eating slowly to lose weight, and need to sleep well!

    I eat slow for 20 minutes and this should help me to avoid PMO. Need to eat very well!

    Went for a 40 minute exercise, eating well, and need to stop getting tired as I feel the fatigue and need to eat or exercise more to prevent fatigue.

    No PMO, no naps, eating 4 meals a day to keep me awake, and 1 hour exercise!

    Need to eat 4 meals to keep awake and need to keep a 1 hour exercise everyday!

    If I had sex or if I relasped, I need to get back on track otherwise I will have to try again!

    Need better sleep for 7-9 hours!
     
  19. Day 16 completed!

    Need to keep this journal so that my new journey begins without porn and masturbation!
