Relapse?

    While setting up my K9 protection, I was trying to turn off and delete my vpn, but when i opened a new tab, I saw a bad pic from a website. I DID NOT intentionally find this, is it a relapse? I still feel bad nonetheless.

    depending on your goals if you trying to stay away from all dirty images it might be , but since you didn't intend to look at it i would say it is not a relapse

    A coincidence is not a relapse or reset or a fail in any terms.
    Like you can´t expect walking through a shopping mal without seeing any triggers.
    It´s a difference if you see something or observe something.
