I feel like I might be replacing PMO with a dating site. I've been through 3 relationships since this past February and didn't have sex with any of the girls. Anyway, I joined a dating site specific to my religion, Catholicism, because I wanted to meet women with good morals and thought it'd be nice to share our religion with one another. I've noticed I'm very eager to see if these girls have messaged me back or if they viewed my account. Maybe I should stay away from the internet for awhile, but I don't want to be rude and ignore these girls either. I want to meet a good woman but I don't want to force it. Any thoughts are appreciated.

If you want, you can wait until they send you messages. Email reminders will keep you from needing to access and check the site regularly. A good rule of thumb is not to not send more than a couple of messages before asking them on a coffee date if you are interested. That keeps your time to a minimum with regard to online dating. A total and complete break from online dating is perfectly reasonable as well. Just hide your profile and take some time off if you like.

The advice above is good. Set yourself another counter for how long you go between checking the site without having received a notification.
