Running Everyday Challenge!

  1. Start small very very very small...

    Just start but please, don't stop!

    Just jog for 5 mins at first and keep on increasing little by little!

    5 - 10 Mins a Day!

    I'll increase every week by 3 mins to 5 mins.

    I'll start this challenge by day 10/11/2022.

    Do you still continue? If so, do you think it is useful, I have been doing cardio cycling 4 times a week for 1 month and I find it useful.
