Semen Leakage or precum

Whenever i chat with mostly any girl, semen gets leaked or precum gets leaked. How to cure this?
Somewhere i read :
"It could be that on a subconcious level, your talks with her are arousing, thus triggering this kind of response for your body. Loving and affectionate talk could have a reaction similar to arousal"

I think I have problem at my subconcious level. Any help.
