Sexting caused a relapse

I have no problem avoiding porn. What gets me is sexting. I get a huge dopamine rush when I get a girl to talk all sexy to me.

I just relapsed after 54 days because of because of this and am looking to learn from my mistakes.

it started last weekend, I was really bored, and felt like I was going insane. I had a range of emotions and felt really lonely.

throughout the week i slowly started cheating, getting more and more sextual with the conversations with girls.

Finally, tonight I relapsed. After a tinder girl who I thought was all innocent surprised me and was a little more naughty then I thought. I gave myself the excuse that it’s just fun over the phone. We are going to do it in person anyways so it’s not really a bad thing. After I got that post nut clarity I felt ashamed and guilty and don’t want to do it again.


Ps- I should mention. My goals not to abstain from orgasm. The reason I’m doing this is to go out and have more drive to get with girls in real life. I just don’t want to do it over the phone or masterbait!
