Anything you do while asleep does not count against your efforts. The ideas is to stop the conscious usage of PMO. Fapping while asleep and erotic dreams are but 2 ways the body deals with pent up sexual tension.

Now, if you continued when you were awake and aware then it is your judgement call.

Yeah it sucks, I have the same problem. I don't reset, but I still try to limit them.

 

Holy crap I was gonna pass this off as fictional. Sleep fapping, but then yesterday night I had a wet dream. I dreamt I was getting head but just as I awoke my hand was rubbing my crotch like mad. I didn't know whether to reset but subconsciously I was helping myself to orgasm in my dream.

I would have never thought it. Today's chaser was in effect but having had a nocturnal emission before I know it's the first day after I have to get through.

Yeah, like you I won't reset my counter... But damn, I'd would have never guessed this!
