SLEEP FIGHTERS CLUB CHALLENGE [OPEN]

    I always slept on my belly it's not good for your health

    Yesterday a saw a video on how to sleep in the right position it motivated me and slept to the side. I slept to my surprise just fine.

    I want to try sleeping on my back it's the next step

  2. I’ve been sleeping on the belly since childhood. It’s just very hard for me to correct that but I’ll too try that.

    My back feels less tired usually I wake up with a feeling that I just did some deathlift training. Today my back feels no tiredness.

    I always wanted to sleep in a different position than my belly, in med school I was taught how bad it is. But I just couldn't. The pillows did the trick.

    I think I'll never sleep on my belly again

    Just post here the number of your streak and the time you woke up. These is the challenge and the rules:

    The challenge last 360 days, you have to wake up at 4am or before 4am that is the challenge.

    Rules:
    1.Wake up at 4am or before 4am
    2.You can wake up after 4am once a week and if that week you didn’t use the exception then it is accumulative, you can use it later they add up
    3. If you sleep 5hrs or less, you can keep the streak regardless the time you wake up
    4. If you consider you deserve to keep the streak because you had to work late, were sick or anything you truly consider it was the best to sleep after 4 you can keep the streak
