    Hello,
    My name is yash (male) and i am 18 years old. Its been 4 years when i started and soon it became my addiction. And at this small age, i just enjoyed it doing 3-4 times a day. Due to this i became very skinny and i feel fatigue, lack of motivation and confidence, distracted easily, not able to focus on study, looking ugly, social anxiety, depression and so on. And Finally after soany tries i finaaly decided to start a new journey. I want to change myself, i want to transform myself, i want to succeed for my loving parents.
    I will defeat you my dear enemy.
