    I'm 25 yo, this rebooting will help me a lot, i hate my self because watching porn and masturbating,, every moment of my life i try so hard to fight these desires and i failed but this time is diffrent i will not masturabte or watch porn for 90 days, i know this is so hard but i can and i will do it.

    Welcome to NoFap Forum Lovinglife. Wow what an achievement. Discovering NoFap at 25yrs old. I didn't make it here until age 36. PMO makes you feel like crap. I reached my lowest point last year when I finally decided I needed to change. You really can do anything in life. We just need to cleanse our minds first. Enjoy your journey. Don't forget to document as you go via the journal forum and use the emergency button when you can. Someone will always be willing to share their struggle as well so my best advice is don't be too hard on yourself at the start.

    I discovered thie myself at 39 and I am 9” days so keep going at it and you will succeed in what you want in life. Cleansing the mind, body, and soul is what this does. Good luck in your journey and ask for help if need please
