    1.Download the blocksite extension app
    2.Enter in the URL's that you utilise when relapsing (this works for porn, gambling and online shopping)
    3. Add on your redirection video (Use something funny) I myself chose rick astley never gonna give you up.

    job done. What this does is it takes you from when you are feeling the urge and enter the site URL and hit enter, The funny video snaps you out of that frame of mind that made you feel you wanted to relapse.
