  5. Yes I have experienced this too. It's uncanny, like they have an ability to sense if we have a positive internal power - like they have some kind of invisible antennas that pick this stuff up lol. They respect and are attracted to this positive energy. I think P addiction saps us of it, so when we reboot and it slowly rebuilds within us women take notice.

I'm new to nofap but I have tired the 90 day challenge so far 30 days is my longest. I relapsed recently but I'm not the type to give up on something that will benefit me. I would like to say this is the most challenging thing I ever had to do since I bend trying to go celibate for years.

  12. I'm feeling a little sick today, I took the day off from work after a meeting in the morning. I'll sleep for a few hours, and try to make some good use of my time.

Yes relapses are the worse. Between October and now I relapsed 10 times. Only good thing out of it was it was i lasted a month without edging. I'm determined to beat this before this year is up.

So today i'm 14 days done! Happy that i've made it this far and i'm super motivated to hit my short goal of 6 weeks. Today was a double edged sword as i felt low and anxious mostly all day. All week I've had lots of energy and not any anxiety or worries but today hit me hard. I'm not sure what's happening but i'm hoping i can push through it.

In a LDR with my girlfriend and she was out until late today. Don't really know the people she was with and what she was doing. I trust her completely but there's always something in the back of my mind. Also financial worries.

  17. Having a really rough day (family issues). Urges to relapse are fairly high as a result as a form of escape. I viewed just titles of audios before closing the tab, I won't count this as a strike as I didn't view any audios. Honestly though without this challenge I think I would have relapsed.

It's days like these where it's easiest to relapse my friend! Stay strong and think about living in the now. It's okay to be upset but channel that energy into something else.

  19. Don't give up yet brother! Fight your problems don't run from them!
