Struggling really bad with urges

Okay so i'm at 120plus days now and honestly i never had so much urges to fap. I can't even sit in front of my computer without thinking about it. I just can't keep it off my mind. Lately i felt like i hit flatline. I didn't feel as great as the first month or so. So now i'm considering to relapse and start over because i feel like it's basically useless at this point. Am i right here or is it just my brain tricking itself? I honestly can't tell anymore. Feel free to give advice!
