Hello , I'm not able quit pmo due to to my hormones ,you know how high our sexual drive is in our teenage .what can I do to suppress my urges .i Am doing too much m and not able to concentrate on my studies
take my advice for what you will but hormones got nothing to do with this. i look back on all these years when i was a teenager and the truth is i masturbated because i had a lot of free time not because i was really horny. Find something to do, try playing an instrument that you really hate, read even if you don't like reading, try a sport that you never thought you would. Time is one of those things that you will never get back.Search for who you truly are now than later. Use your time wisely and make the most of it. You don't want to look back and say i masturbated a lot, You want to look back and say i have been through a lot and i have achieved a ton.
