Teenager looking for fitness advice.

    I'm 17 and looking to get in shape but i face obstacles as i have no access to a gym or equipment.I was looking for suggestions on a home workout plan to get into shape without the use of equipment.

    I personally use apps like Nike Training Club, or I usually watch videos on youtube.
    Like searching "Tabata abs workout 10 min" and the same with legs, arms, chest, butt.

    You can do it. You don't need a gym, just discipline!

  3. Squats, push-ups, find a way to do a pull up or two. Running, good diet, planking.
