That's why nofap work

Hello, I tried a lot of time to PMO. I have reached many time more than a month and always have analyzed my thoughts during these periods.

I think that the nofap work ,not only because you have more testosterone and energy, but the main thing is that you naturally recognise your thoughts and how stupid and destructive they are.
So in other words firstly you will be more honest with yourself, if you are not happy about yourself you will tell to yourself the truth, and after that you will correct your self-destructive thought...
This simple thing improve yourself a lot because your mind is free to work on different thoughts related to positive and constructive aspect of yourself.


What is your opinion on that?
