Well, I was reaching 30 days so far but after that I relapsed.
It was easy to get to those 30 because I was on a holiday, but now being back at home alone in my room makes things so hard. I need to find my motivation and keep going again, because I keep relapsing these last weeks since I am back. I even deleted my previous meter because the tickmarks were so embarrasing. :(

I am sad an just dissapointed in myself :(

    Goddamn you PORN!

  2. No need to be embarrassed, mate. We're all here trying to achieve the same goals. No one will judge, and if they do, then they've got issues and would need to ask themselves why they're even here in the first place.

This journey is not an overnight thing. If it was, we'd all be on 100 days by now. However, you've got to continue making steps as to how you can get this done. Reading up on Taoism and sexual transmutation is helping me out a ton. You just need to let yourself direct that built up sexual energy into other things. Instead of sitting in your room, do something else more productive. Don't let yourself get bored or have stale moments. Stop being idle. In this day and age, there is no reason to be bored. There are plenty of things to do at all times.

Also, allow yourself to go through your own emotions. Find out the root cause for why you use PMO as an outlet and means of escape. Everything we do, from small to big is all emotionally driven. Everything we do, we do for a reason. Find out the why's.

I'll be at 30 days on Sunday - God willing - and your post gives me pause (and a shutter) not to slack or take for granted. It can happen to us all.

Indeed, even though you relapsed, you are not really where you were 30 days ago - your psyche and your brain have learned some effective resistance techniques that worked previously and your brain has been off the dopamine and has been rewiring - one relapse doesn't undo 30 days in that regard. So, you start anew, but you start at a more advanced place than before.

I found this short little video clip posted yesterday - a sort of hard-core, kick-ass motivational coaching a relaunch.

I know how you feel man, I just had my best of 23 days end at the start of this month. I know it's tough to get back on track after abstaining for a while, but you got to believe that you can get back there again. You've done it before, you have that experience. I hope you continue to attempt and never give up! You can achieve what you want to achieve!
