Day 11 1. I am grateful to see the progress in my body through some basic exercises. It means things can change if we want to. 2. I am grateful for my family that still loves each other even when things are not great. 3. I am grateful for my friends and cousins who got married to their lovers. I am really happy for them. [This year have been really good on couples from my side. Thank you God] 4. I am grateful that I have completed 10 days without any 'P' Surfing.

Hello all grateful to have the medium to come to everyday. I can honestly say this has helped a lot. Im grateful for: Getting my work done today. This has been the first saturday I was able to focus and get work done. Probably due to the habit I've built during the week. Eating Healthy. There are a lot of temptations in my house but they just aren't gonna help me at all. Its temporary satisfaction just like PMO. Joe Rogan's Podcast. Very informative and insightful, you can learn a lot from his podcast. I was taken by one with Jocko Willink pushing the fact that things may be hard but you just have to work through it, and you can achieve whatever you want.

Well, I am keeping a NoFap tracker in my journal where I'm ticking the days, but I don't take notes of the triggers / situation. This was a case of me procrastinating to start doing meaningful work. So I was on my laptop, delaying starting something, and bam..next minute I was in Incognito mode browsing Pornhub, telling myself: 'You know what, total abstinence is not for me, it's not even healthy. I'm gonna release just once per week and still be great.' Come to think about it, most of my relapses follow the same script above.
Every single addict from alcoholic to smoker to heroine junkie wishes that this statement would be true. But it's not. I once was a smoker, and every time i lighted a cigarette thinking "just this single cigarette", i ended up smoking like there was no tomorrow. If the urge for release gets unbearable, take an ice-cold shower (yes, i am serious about it, do it, it will help 100%).
I am grateful for the nice time I had yesterday. me and some friends were bartenders at this party. I really enjoyed seeing all those people dancing and having fun. It was a great experience. I loved it; I am grateful for how people treated me. they were nice to me; I am grateful for the sleep I had. It was refreshing.
