@Harry Maclad Awesome man, well done! Some GREAT courage you got - that is for sure! How did she react? I did not tell her that I suffered from PMO, but I told her about the effects of porn and masturbation. She seemed to agree, mostly, but it seems like she did not care.

I am grateful for following things:
1. Conquering another day.
2. Social conversations and interactions today.
3. My plans for my life
4. My habits which I am following
5. For spotify!
6. And of course, for music!
7. For my friends and my family.
8. For my scheduled activites on the morrow: Finally my friend (who barely goes outside) planned something with me and another friend. Looking forward to it!
9. For my visit at the gym today. Was a good session, but I was a bit weak.
10. For my healthy diet. I managed to stay over 160g of protein and under 1800 kcal - I am really proud of that!
11. For my efforts to improve myself in my life!
12. For myself as a person. I love me how I am, but if I got faults: I fix them! Constant improvement.
13. For building my dad's PC today!
14. For being tired AF right now. I am going to finish my habits then I will straight head off to sleep. Good night everyone, stay safe and sound!

4. I am grateful that I started my workout.
5. I am grateful for being in abundance and prosperity.
6. I am grateful for the comments I received from my cousins about weight gain, and a more muscular body than before. [Now I am pumped - Never going to miss my workout again]
7. I am grateful for all the glares I got from opposite gender today. I definitely got some charm. Now to work on this.

 

These are all great. Gratitude is a good way to stay sober

Ok this sucks. I stopped this challenge like 2 weeks ago and that certainly didn't helped. Wanna start again so Day 1:
