Day 8,

Life is great! Prepping for Thanksgiving has kept me active. Did receive a text in a group text that was triggering, but was able to turn away from any major urges, I was also active at work which made it easy to keep my mind from wandering.

Day 6. Meditation is much tougher than it looks prima facie!
Strength to strength

 

Thanks for your words and I started this because I accepted that I cannot do this fight alone by myself , I realize it becomes stronger than me but that was not just a pesimist thougth that was a moment of change a moment to renew my fight now being part of a community who fight the same fight and that its helping me so much because that makes me more conscious of all the consequences of the PMO in our lives. And what i want to achieve its my freedom , to be a better person who lives the real love no that PMO lie .

Day 15 complete! I'm a hobbit now, and I've decided to destroy the porn ring! I must take the ring to the place where he was made, Mount Doom, so I leave Hobbiton heading for Bree.

Hmm, yes, I've noticed those things happening on the following days. Thank you for the advice and encouragement!

Day 37, I feel little bit better but I dont want to be so confident rather than precacious so I will fight this day being alert of any trigger but with the hope that this day can be done
