    Simply put, you have to BURN off and CALM the adrenaline you have in your system.

    1. Drink 3L of 8ph and above water everyday
    2. Sweat profusely, Exercise and eat well.
    3. Rest well
    4. NO EDGING - it just escalates the adrenaline in you making you need to burn more of it off.

    Once you get all this going you'll be flushing out your system faster leaving you feeling better sooner.

    Once you burn off the adrenaline you'll be left with a calm and focused state which is incredibly blissful. Do it everyday and you'll feel better
