    Hello fellow monks,

I'm new here and I wish to make best use of this community.

I quit smoking at around the same time last year (May 2018). At that time I never knew that I'm addicted to FMO or that FMO is an addiction in the first place.

Thankfully I've now found what has been pulling me behind from living a complete and happy life.

I've been trying to quit FMO from the month of March 2019. However, I've relapsed as soon as I crossed the 1-week streak.

This time I'm determined to go all the way towards the 1-year goal. (I know its an ambitious goal but If I'm able to quit smoking and not turn back, quitting FMO is possible too!)

I will be posting my updates in this same thread till I reach my 30 day mark.

    Wish me luck guys!

    Hey fellow monks,

Just checking in to post the successful completion of Day 1. :)

I kept myself occupied today with lots to study and thus abstained myself from the thought of PMO.

Like always, it worked. Keeping ourselves occupied doesn't allow us to think about porn or fapping and I have experimented on this many times in the past.

The relapse kicks in only during that 'One lazy day' where we do not have any plans.

Hence I recommend all of you fellow Fapstronauts to create a plan for the next day before going to bed every night. Your plan doesn't need to be detailed and extensive but just write down few small goals to be accomplished. It could be as simple as "going for a walk" or "Drinking 2 glasses of water as soon as you wake up" or "Washing the car".

I'm pretty sure that your plan will take you throughout the day without distractions.

Try this for few days and let me know your feedback regarding this experiment.

    Cheers!
