-Last night I got into bed at 10:45 p.m. it is not a big deal, mine goal is to fall asleep before 11p.m. and I did just that. Still I'll put an "x" there. -Yoga will be on pause for now, same goes for Metta practice.

Last night's results: Meditation - 14/21 Exercise - 14/21 Self-improvement - 27/42 Walking - 19/21 NoFap help - 4/21 No cigarettes - 2/21 I'm adding a new one. I'm quitting smoking. In the first instance I'm switching to nicotine gum. It might not be ideal, but anything to actually stop sticking burning tobacco leaves in my gob is a good thing. I'll add it to my Daily Habit list in the hopes that'll give me more incentive - I'll go for the three weeks goal initially, although obviously this is a life-long change.

Open your eyes, raise your consciousness, choose the path of the life that you want, take responsibility for your choices. Even if quitting hurts like a motherfucker, it WILL be worth in in the End. The sustained happiness that comes along with acting on Love will never can't be compared. instant gratification brings you momentary pleasure but ultimately drowns you down deeper in pain. Let pain kick you in the face, embrace that life is difficult sometimes, and that is ok. You never know how much time you have left in your life. Life is a gift, are you going to waste it?
