    Hey,
    i am very close to reseting my counter.
    I felt safe the past days until i saw an idol of mine recommended a documentatuon about a porn star. My first thought was: nah, this is a P-sub and it will lead me to a relapse.
    But as I thought more about it my brain turned everything and made me think it cant be so bad and will push me further from porn if I hear about their inner feelings.
    So I watched this thing and had a boner during long passages. I started to rationalite a breakup with Nofap.
    But I manged to resist and got out eith a blue eye.
    Be warned about rationalization. I almost fell for it the secound time.

    First off, way to go resisting the temptation! The more the counter piles on, the more our brains, our bodies try to trick us to go back to the 'old ways', old patterns. Problem is we have done this to ourselves - we have interconnected passion, procreation, all matters of sexual manner with porn and especially with the whole PMO cycle. Our reward system still craves it. All this easily leads us to the associated picture and video materials, the so called P-subs. You are so right, you 'rationalize' but there is no rationality in it. If we were truly rational, we wouldn't give in to this menace ever again! Precicely that is why a reboot is a must for all of us!!

    By the way, not judging, but interesting person for an idol that would recommend such stuff. You felt yourself what kind of bait that was.

    Stay aware, stay on track, everyone!

    Well done for resisting. The more you resist the stronger you become.

    Resistance = Growth

    Seeing triggers can make you rationalize but you need to understand this is just your subconscious mind telling you to jack off because you were so used to it your brain has become dependent on it. Always resist and your brain will begin to rewire and you will be free
