Hey everyone, hope your journey is going well.

I have a thought about the process in our common journey, and would like to share it with you all as it may be helpful for some. It is in regards to how we approach the addiction of PMO according to our place in the essence of the flow of time.

I believe time is best measured in memories, not hours or days.

Thus, I do not believe a day-counter is helpful, at least not for me...and if not for me, perhaps not for everyone. But then, how does one do the important task of tracking their progress?

I see this in a different light. The number of days away from PMO do not matter because the matter is one of the heart. Some people can spend years away from PMO and still be struggling with the same issues. Some people can spend days away, yet be far more forward in their journey than anyone thought possible.

I believe that the heart is a profound thing, so much so that it can even transcend the boundaries of time...and sometimes, what a heart needs is to be free. How can we expect our hearts to change within such superficial limits? How can we think that our heart's journey can be measured in days?

The heart is made of love, for love. It should be measured accordingly.

And so, with PMO, I look at how my heart is changing. I look and see how it perceives life. Is its vision clouded, or clear? Does it let me move forward, freely, into where I want to be? Can I look at the people I love in the eye and be honest with them?

These, to me, are better markers along the way than any number of days can tell.

Perhaps, I'll end this post with some questions...an invitation for your thought and input: What markers of the heart are part of the journey out of PMO? What are they? Where are they? How do you reach them? Which ones have you reached?

I look forward to your thoughts, answers & stories. As always, always keep going, my fellow fapstronauts...my comrades in this most important journey. Keep going :)
