Yeah I've seen these chinese spammers in the off topic discussion earlier today.
That being said I forgot you could report this sort of thing to the moderators ... I feel kinda dumb XD

 

They are writing in chinese so I don't really know.
They are mentioning universites' names with western writing system instead of the chinese characters.

 

Although they could be speaking the hong kong dialect or another mainland dialect.

 

I remember reading an article a long time ago about chinese soldiers giving poor results because of too much porn use
