    I think that is good. Also, should we allow P? Who can ressist 1 year while watching P? Not mentioning P is like a trap haha.

    No PMO, no M or edging and no P < this is best in my opinion but ultimately it is your call :)

    I voted for skype because I have no facebook, kik or smartphone. But it would be nice for the group to be on nofap.

    What does the accountability group entail? If it entails keeping track then we can make a group on nofap as well :)

    That's very true, you're already in? you give it your best and whatever happens happens, just don't think "a year is too long, this is impossible, I'm too weak to go for that long" no, just jump in, fight your urges, be strong, or else you'll end up relapsing after 3 days. YOU can go for a year, you can go FOREVER, it's all in your mind, you can make it happen and you can make it fail, your choice.
