Tight underwear during recovery

    Hi all I have realised sometimes when wearing tight or fitted underwear I find it stimulating and lead to relapse other times I find the package good.

    Wearing loose underwear isn't great either.

    What have other experienced?

    Yes I've experienced that scenario. Best to wear lose fittings. Goes to show how messed up our brain has become with all that fapping and watching porn over the years.
    We even question what to wear in order not to be aroused haha. That's messed up.

    Same. I find really snug underwear (or panties) to be too arousing. But with loose underwear, everything moves around too much and rubs in exciting ways.

    Find a happy medium?

    I guess not too tight and not too loose haha. I'm joking but whatever works for you I guess.
    I'm comfortable with the loose boxers I wear. And yes it can feel soft at times, know what I mean.. but overall a better choice for myself.

    Problem is after wash cycles they can become tighter or looser depending on the material.

    I think loose underwear is worse. Tight underwear helps.

    Always wore briefs, couldn't get used to boxers, everything flopping around. No problems with unwanted stimulation.
