Hey guys. I've been struggling with PMO using my phone, and I just found a nifty trick. (I'm on android, but the app is probably on IOS too) There's an app called Norton App Lock, which lets you lock apps. If you make the passcode something difficult that you will only remember for the next few seconds - just enough to confirm the passcode - you can easily disable apps with no sign up required. This app is especially useful if you access porn through loopholes in filters and things like that (I won't go into specifics)
