As the whole lockdown/quarantine situation has been with us for a year now, I thought it would be a good idea to share ideas and tips. I would have thought we would have got good at coping now, as we all have lots of practice! Most the pre pandemic NoFap advice used to be stuff like - Get outside (now restrictions) - Go to gym (closed or restricted) - Socialise in real life (now very difficult) - Don't spend too long on screens etc Please share what is helping you. Hmm, I'd say create the perfect morning and evening routine, pick up a hobby that needs research and practice, go outside, and go to the gym .
You have to find something that you can do at home that is stimulating to you. I've bought a pair of kick-ass speakers recently and now i am listening to music for hours every day You can also do a lot of exercise at home using a pair of weights and your body (watch some instructional videos). Perhaps taking a free online course in some subject that interests you? Play games? Boredom is a great trigger.
Your telling me you cant buy a 35 lb. Kettlebell or do pushups or go for a run? When I said go to the gym I really just meant workout
