I'm all for freedom of choice and I think people reserve the right to have their pubic hair however they like. On a personal level however I don't find it very attractive, and I trim fairly regularly, including my butt because that gets rather embarrasingly hair also. That said I don't doubt that I've probably been infludenced by PMO and the culture/what I've seen, but I guess I'm okay having these preferences.

Treat it like the hair on your head. Change the style every now and again. It's yours. If your partner loves you, your partner will live the fun of you playing around with it too.

Instead I tell my gf to keep pubic hair .. It's sexy .. I love sucking her pussy .. It seems mature to me .. Love the way I move my hand around on hairy part .. It's damn hot hot hot ..

  5. I'm 21 years old and I've never shaved my pubic hair. Main reason for that is b/c I'm scared of getting razor bumps and idk really how to shave down there. A lot of my freinds told me that I should shave my pubes b/c apparently girls won't give you head if you have pubic hair. But I'm planning on waiting till marriage so hopefully my future wife is okay with my pubes lol I can't say what I prefer since I have no experience but I don't think it should be a problem. Especially after reading what almost everyone here thinks. I must say that I'm loving the pubic hair dialogue going on in nofap lol I find it intresting that many guys were conditioned to think that girls who are shaven are more attractive and don't even realize that Porn made them think that way!

I guess there is something called "metrosexual", the guys that look at themselves in the mirror much and trim their pubes, spray perfume and really take good care of themselves, wich is fine, but with a Narcissism touch to it.

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metrosexual
Before that, you wouldn't hear much about trimming. I know that if I shave, I won't get no love from my wife...she feels like a pedo in front a shaved penis/balls combo. I guess its a generational thing.

For me, I never watched teen porn, because its borderline illegal, unless you are sure they really are 18+ but looking younger. Still its not something I cared for...the bald pussies...not for me.

Trimmed is where its at! As long as Its trimmed enough so it doesn timpede business as in oral..

also, I like to add that in my experience, I haven't seen shaving jobs that are perfect in a woman. I mean there is the odd irritation thing, hair growing, the odd "in-grown" hair that causes greif....

might as well trim and avoid the high maintenance bald...

  8. I like to shave but every few weeks I let my body hairs grow out a bit.I sometimes like having hair on my chest but I don't let grow out to "teen wolf" levels.

  9. I usually trim it shorter cos otherwise if my hair is too long they get into foreskin and it gets itchy. I used to trim them very short but now I always leave some length, cos I like it on longer side now. Not ever shaving it off completely tho. As far as on girls I actually prefer pubes, the more the better, it's hot. Shows that you are a woman and not a little prepubescent girl, which is not hot.

Wrote this in other threads before but pubic hair is fucking hot! I just can't wrap my head around why it is supposed to be attractive when a woman is shaven. pubic hair is just as much part of an attractive woman as other sex characteristics.

Well done @Lazarus Shuttlesworth! Never shave your pubic hair and hit back against the influence of pornography.

Do whichever one you want. Saying that porn is the reason for why there are so many shaved women/men is about as ridiculous as saying porn is the reason why so many men are clean shaven as opposed to having beards. Society changes and styles change. Some styles are introduced because they're part of a culture like Brazilian waxing. Notice it's called Brazilian waxing and not Porno Ripidy Pubity waxing. The simple truth is porn goes with whatever is prevalent at the present time, since that is how they attract the majority of their audience, which is why if you put on some porn prior to when Brazilian waxes were introduced to the US in 1987 by the J Sisters, you will see muff galore and dicks with sideburns.

In the end if you want to shave then do it. If you want to keep your pubic hair, then do it. Just don't act like keeping your hair is some awesome sign of rebellion against P. That type of thinking is foolishness. Just because you've kept hair on your hatchet/hatchet wound doesn't mean you've embraced sexual maturity. For most people it's just about comfort or being too lazy to do anything about the fur forest they keep under their nickers.

As a teenager I, a guy, shaved my legs because it was common in the sport I was doing. Shaved legs were considered more aesthetic, easier to massage and less prone to infection after injuries. Most importantly, not shaving legs was considered unprofessional. At some point it became normal for me to shave my pubic hair, including armpits. Especially regarding what I watched in porn.

By now it feels so unnatural to me. The last time I shaved my pubic hair was when I was many months into hard mode. I almost cried because I felt like I was mutilating myself. The only thing I still shave is my face.

I go to the climbing gym regularly. Everyone can see my armpits and a bit of my chest because I am usually wearing a tanktop. When it's very hot, I will sometimes even leave the shirt away. I'm chatting with many people there, and so far I didn't have the impression that people feel disgusted or women find me less attractive. If someone should ask me about why I don't shave myself I'd answer that I don't want to look like a plucked turkey.

Regarding women, I think I would find it weird and unattractive if she shaved her pubic hair. I also think that you can use it for very subtle stimulation - you can tenderly touch and caress the hair without touching the skin. This opportunity gets lost with shaving. Trimming would be alright, however.

I am even becoming consequent enough to say that I might be able to accept it if she didn't shave her armpits or legs. In the end, it's how nature formed us. Why change that? Everyone else does it, but this doesn't mean you have to. As you might guess by now I also like women who wear little to no make-up.

@Porkins, in my case porn definitely made me have the idea of shaving my pubic hair in the first place. The first time I shaved my pubic hair was when I was expecting to have sex (in the end I didn't have any :D). I was clearly trying to fit to what I thought the opposite sex was expecting of me, instead of just being myself. Isn't that a little sad?

Also, look at the big picture: There clearly is a tendency of removing more and more body hair. Why? Just why? Isn't that weird? Today men are already shaving their chest. Just look at old James Bond movies and you will see that chest hair was considered masculine few years ago. (I remember someone saying that women who want men with shaved chests are lesbians in denial... just kidding.) I suppose that in a few years shaving legs will be normal for men.

I would love to share a song now, but it's in German. It's about all the plastic we use and how people are, metaphorically speaking, wrapping themselves in it. By consuming all the standardized products we ourselves are becoming like a standardized product, trying to 'sell' us. Filthy, animalistic body hair strictly forbidden

Body hair - "It's how nature formed us." I couldn't agree more @Headspace. Why shouldn't men and women have hairy armpits, legs and certainly round their genitals. I love your response to the porn-influenced questions about why you let your body hair grow naturally - "I don't want to look like a plucked turkey"! Hahaha :D

Moreover, I concur about the overuse (or even the use) of make-up. I feel the same about body graffiti (a.k.a. tattoos and piercings). The body is attractive just the way it is. Encrusting it with jewellery, bits of metal, artwork, make-up or shaving off natural body hair is anathema to me.

  16. Why females shave their legs and armpits? Because they are sheep. Shaving habit is relatively new, only about 100 years. Before that shaving was considered unnecessary and would give you weird looks. But about 100 years ago some shaving cream company decided to brainwash women into shaving to sell their shaving products and make some billions. So they did brainwash everybody thought huge advertisement campaigns to think that hair on females are disgusting, something to feel ashamed of, that shaving is trendy and smooth body is sexy. And voilà, here we are. 100 years later it's mainstream and makes billions of profit.

And now men are starting to shave too. Their chest, armpits and even trim their leg hair shorter! Why? Cos this infection is spreading. Everybody wants to be trendy and follow some artificial concept just to fit in. Which is in our genes, we are social creatures, we will always follow herd like sheep. Human is an ape, apes live in troops. Social structure is important. This part of our genes makes us very susceptible to social programming.

In today's society we demonize masculinity and worship femininity. So naturally the end result will be men shaving their legs. Just wit a 100 years or so, I bet you it's gonna be mainstream, just as it's normal for females to shave their legs now. Or who knows, maybe it will shift backwards once we realize how stupid it is. But I doubt it because with internet and media being so huge it's easier for big companies to brainwash us for profit, more easier than ever.

So when pubic hair starts making a comeback in P are you guys/gals going to start shaving just so you can be the opposite of what's mainstream in P? Will you then use some justification like, "shaving helps one rise above antiquated views of male/female hygiene"?

If pubic hair is making a comeback there is no reason to start shaving to avoid the mainstream. The people here who are in favor of not shaving have this mindset because they like the natural female body. That's the way it is supposed to be. The problem with shaving is that it's a taught behaviour that industries want us to do so we spend a lot of money on their products. If there is no market for something you just create one. Porn just made the shaved look main stream. There are other industries involved in that for sure. In telling people to love how they naturally look is no money.
