Hey guys I ve been lifting since like 2 years seriously, gain weight and now my objectives have changed The more I look at calisthenics, the more I am attracted to it. Also I see calisthenics people with good muscles, not too much, but enough Do people here have a program that mix gym and calisthenics ? I would love to see what it looks like. I do PPL program. I am very strong in Dips, push up, but I totally sucks at pull up, that’s mostly why I want to go calisthenics. for the legs I will continue my gym program If you have recommandation, file or anything that help, please do as you want.
