unbearable urges on Day 4!!

Hello Guys, I hope you're really doing great. I'm back to the 90 day challenge, just to wipe out those nasty pics of my mind; but unfortunately these first four days have been really challenging, especially yesterday where I almost relapsed by watching again those addictive pics and videos. I'm really hooked up and I can't focus. I think cold showers is the only the thing have kept me going over these four days, despite of all those pics that I saw yesterday. I don't how am i gonna get by in the upcoming days. wish me luck on this rough path!
