Was on a successful streak then relapsed... in my pants

  1. I was doing pretty well for almost 3 weeks. I was avoiding porn and set up blockers just in case. I couldn't help myself.
I ended up searching twitter for porn because pretty much all social media has some porn on it. So I thought "as long as I keep my pants on, it doesn't count right?" WRONG. I ended up relapsing with my pants on, by rubbing my pants. Fuck me I was doing so well :/

There are different stages of mistakes one can make.
This was just another one you made.

If it helps you, write down/Type out your ideals and rules.
See if your ideals are set. Are you sure about them? Give it a mind-bending thought.

    You got this ;)

  5. Um . . . welcome to the club?
I relapsed 40 times in my first year and most of those were in my pants, often without touching but I'd move my legs just so . . . or if I felt like I was going to nut from climbing stairs, I'd climb more stairs hoping that I would ejaculate "by accident".
Well, most of those "accidents" weren't really accidents and it became abundantly clear after I had ejaculated.

Doing it in your pants adds another level of shame. And you have to face it again as you wash your pants. Try not to be too hard on yourself. Most of us who fapped did it every day, our bodies are used to getting off all the time and our minds will convince us that "this doesn't count" just long enough for us to MO one more time.

Clearly something is changing. So, in a way, simply having gotten to that point means that you are doing well.
