Iam 28 days into nofap, i feel really weird about my flatline withdrawal symptoms which lasted for about 1 week but now are becoming less compared to 2-3 days ago.

Anxiety , depression , Insomnia are becoming a bit less.

Last night, i slept soundly (which did not happen earlier due to insomnia) but last night i slept good and when i woke up today morning, i was completely fine.
I felt damn im done with flatline!!
But after 10-15 minutes, all the symptoms came back and brain fog captured my mind.
Is this sign of recovery, am i getting better or there is something else going on?.

Yes it's normal! Got the same at this stage...storm of emotions, I remember one day about 20 when I got superpowers I wanted to get on my knees and thanks God for cure, but few hours ago was almost depression and loneliness... keep going on! You're cureing.

  3. I'd give it a while longer and see how you are in a few weeks. Great job on the progress

When i woke up, i felt i have cured
But then after 10-20 minutes, i felt i have gone back again to depression,
Are you sure this is normal and im cureing?

Im panicked at this stage, i don't know what to do,
What i have read on various platforms is that during flatline you hit a range of emotions,
And at any moment you start feeling normal (like i did when i woke up), it usually means i am on the right path of getting cured.
    Do you think the same?.

  6. Definitely, you're on the right track. The chemical levels in your brain are recalibrating right now and everyone recacts to it differently. Don't turn back to PMO, I promise you it'll make things worse. Keep going and let your brain heal.

Definetly dont go back to PMO it's normal! Now i'm at day more or less 60 and got the same emotions but a bit lower... first 3 days deep depression then superpowers then again brain fog, try to go outside, running, exercises that will help you!

This is normal, just hang in there . You will be fine within 2 weeks approximately , just dont start pmo
You feel normal when you wake up that means you are becoming normal because more recovery takes place in the night, so sleep more and dont worry you will be fine soon.

keep sleeping well. Taking care of yourself helps your reboot. Exercise, good diet, and a good social life also help. Flat line is not exciting, but, without the strong urges, it is easier than the first weeks. Stimulants, coffee & energy drinks, help for the moment, but hurt the reboot. Your brain and body need to readjust to a basic, natural, healthy state. Stay cool, and it happens. Pushing it complicates it and slows the process.

  10. Not only is it a chemical change, but actual neuron rewiring itself, much like changing the hard drive inside a computer. This nofap goes deep.

I've got the same thing man, I'm on day 32 right now and I'll go through little bouts where all my flatline symptoms go away for like 20 minutes but then come back again for like 6 hours, then the process seems to start again...
I remember when I got my previous record (64 days) it seemed like the flatline periods get shorter and shorter and the non-flatline periods slowly get longer, I think the idea you just wake up one day and the flatline symptoms are gone is a misnomer
