Were you Stupid ?

I had brain fog and motivation and concentration issues, so in a sense, yes, I was stupid.

 

Even tho it seems like a cliché, when i started i was quite a simp and let myself be really influenced by others and my life was a mess, NoFap can make a big difference in your life for sure.

 

P@#n and a few other reasons made me an introvert, shy, socially awkward person, I started to thing what other people think of me(like too much). I too think before acting out, I thing doing this is actually good. Due to p@#n I became an agnostic atheist too. I had loss of interest in studying and due to brain fog I wasn't able to focus and memorize my subjects properly.

NoFap did not change much, but it made me less shy and I kind of stopped worrying about what others think of me.
