Start with 1000mg. It can upset digestion a little at first. I currently take 3000 mg for ED and for “pumped” muscles.

The best supplement is almost certainly to get healthy. I mean having good metabolic values, a waist to height ratio below 0.5, etc. Along with quitting porn, of course.
