what constitutes as a reset for not using porn?

    Would masturbating to thoughts of sex(or fetish induced fantasies) with ppl u kno irl be considered a relapse and one woul have to reset not using porn badge?

    I would. It’s better than watching porn but it’s close. And there is the chaser effect.

    Everybody has their own rules but as people fail and learn from their failure it's quite common to see people progressively cut out masturbation and as far as possible deliberate sexual thoughts and any visual erotic stuff/nudity.

    This is because sexual thoughts lead to wanting to masturbate which soon enough will lead back to porn.
